Refund & Cancellation Policy

Implementation fees cover software configuration, customization, onboarding, and deployment services and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Monthly subscription fees are billed according to the agreed service plan.

Customers may request cancellation by providing written notice in accordance with their service agreement.

Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
